1. Brief Introduction

1) Belt conveyor is a kind of machinery that to transfer the material continuously by friction drive

2) It is widely used in departments of mining area, metallurgy, coal, etc. to convey loose materials or articles as well as assembly, package and convey in the production areas for departments of light industry, electron, home appliance, food, tobacco, etc.

3) According to requirements of the convey process, the materials can be conveyed by one conveyer or combination of several belt conveyers or horizontal or inclined convey system formed with other convey equipment to meet requirements of work lines of different arrangement patterns.

4) It should be operated under the condition with temperature range from -10 °C. to +40 °C.The temperature of transferred materials should be lower than +60 °C. 

  

We also can offer belt conveyors that stand 400°C temperature. 

2.  Working  principle

The motor drives the driving rollers of the belt conveyor, and drives the roller by the strong belt advances. Materials are conveyed from the original place to the place where they are needed.
